A Word on Our Credentials

Financial planning and wealth management is a dynamic profession. Many so called “financial advisors” are trained to sell financial products. Many of them receive very little in the way of academic training in securities analysis, portfolio management, and statistical analytics. They often have little understanding of risk management, tax and estate planning, or retirement income planning needs.

We don’t believe the client is adequately served by this model so instead of spending a large portion of our resources on marketing and advertising, we invest in deepening our technical knowledge to better serve our clients. Put simply, we believe we add value for our clients through rigorous academic training and professional credentialing that includes continuing education requirements.

Our professional credentialing CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) and CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) requires our wealth advisors to complete 20-plus hours per year of continuing education.
